Terms and Conditions
ORDERING:
Online ordering: Online ordering can be made via a secure server and all information remains confidential.
Email: Orders can be made by email. Emails are to be sent to [email protected]. We will contact you within 24hrs with confirmation.
PRICING:
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.
PAYMENT:
Chilada takes payments via Paypal or Bank Transfer.
Goods will be delivered once the payment have been received into the account. If payment have not been received within 7days the order will be cancelled.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE:
If you find that your items are not what you expected, wrong size or colour please contact us within 7 days and we will organise an exchange. Email [email protected]. All items need to be unworn with all labels intact.
Please ensure you have contacted us before sending back your item. We do not accept returns and or exchanges on sale items.
Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit contact us immediately either by email [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or refund. All damaged goods should be returned with labels intact.
SECURITY:
Our site uses a SSL encrypted ordering system, once we have processed your order all your details are deleted from our server.
